I got my truck towed to this shop based on reviews and it being close to the location of the accident Matt and Jordan both went above and beyond to help assist me I did not end up getting work done at this shop as the truck requires a new frame I would indeed highly recommend this shop to anyone needing a honest mechanic ! This is the kind of mechanic shop that I was looking for. What matters to me is integrity. Ryan from Done Right Auto is a trustworthy mechanic. Such a trait is the rarest in this trade. I live in Toronto, my disabled brother in law’s car died on him and wouldn’t start. I reached out to Ryan for help, after having come across his reviews on Reddit. My experience with the Done Right Auto team has been nothing but exceptional. I was looking for new mechanics in the Barrie area after having gone to dealerships for poor service. I was late to the appointment, but they were understanding and still brought me in. Jordan at the front desk was outgoing, professional, and made you feel welcome. He outlined all the pricing up front so that you could make the choice rather than forcing what they think is right on you. I even gave them extra tasks in-person (e.g. spark plug replacement, engine air filter replacement, etc.) after forgetting to mention that over the phone, and yet, they were very accommodating and flexible in including that as part of the oil change appointment. Matt, the technician/mechanic, was extremely fast in completing service, and he was even kind enough to explain a little about the service he performed. These guys are clearly competent, know what they're doing, and treat you with respect - and for that, you have earned a returning customer. I'm glad to be supporting a local business such as this one, and I HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone who needs any repairs or maintenance done.
Great place to go for your car. The owner is a stand up guy. Always honest and down to earth. Took care of my car very nicely. The team is great as well. Go here and they will get your car in perfect shape. Edit: They continue to earn their five stars. As of June 16 they have helped me more times than I can count. I had gone to another shop (not going to name them as they don't deserve free advertising) for a specific issue. They could not get the part for the fix I actually brought it in for. I called Done Right and Jordan found the part in FOUR MINUTES while I was still on the phone with him booking the appointment. They got my vehicle fixed and on its way. Bring your car here.
