I feel this will be my first choice for auto repair while in Barrie moving forward …highly recommended They did my headlight repair in an hour - pricing was very honest and fair I feel you will get an honest appraisal of what’s needed at this place and I feel you won’t be upsold on unnecessary repairs … this is so important to me I took a chance based on the looks of the place and location. I did not even look at any reviews beforehand…
I learned my lesson. Was an expensive lesson but a valuable lesson. Had the complete brakes done on my Audi Q7 on May 18/2023 for a grand total of $3597.24. One calendar year and 4 days later the car is back in the shop for brakes. Less than 15 thousand kilometres later. Needs new rotors and pads due to rust. No warranty. The lesson. Take your German car to the dealer.
Kindof a bit upset with the service I received here the other day. Normally this is one of my go to places but I probably won't be back. Went in to see what my van needed for a safety. Their mechanic told me he thinks a wheel baring but he didn't look at it, so I go out to buy a wheel baring went to install it today to find out that there was no bolts in my caliper to hold it on properly which as you could imagine could've been extremely dangerous and should've been seen if a proper inspection was done on my vehicle... and to top it off who ever put the hub caps back on my van didn't do it properly cause now I'm missing one on my passenger side.
I always get fast and friendly service and the prices are fair. I appreciate the availability of a lender car. That has come in very handy. I will definitely continue to return for regular service.
Came here to get new winter tires and had amazing service and prices were great! They stored my all seasons so that when I came back in the spring there was no dragging my wheels back and forth. Got them to do an oil change as well. Highly recommend!
Very impressed. They are really informative, i really like how they took me around my car in the shop and showed me what was wrong and what's important to get done now and what can wait. I can certainly say I'll be going back there to get work done.
Got some new rubber today on all four wheels - did my research and got the BEST tires for the fairest price (I really did my research)... Staff was excellent and super friendly... Allowed me to inspect the under-carriage of my vehicle while it was on the hoist... Tires are Yokohama's and are super smooth and meaty... Only suggestion is to get more than one channel on the TV lol - need more sports channels for Blue Jays postseason!!!
