Stay away initial first experience fantastic. No respect for returning customers. No return phone calls. Might as well get rid of your voicemail because you don’t listen to it and if you do shame on you stay away.
Out of all the tire shops in the area I called here after being recommended by a friend. Sadly , the person who answered the call was rude , impatient and did not have time to talk. I can understand how busy you might be with other clients. I instantly regretted calling here and for having high expectations of a 5 star service. Not considering this shop as an option ever again. I decided to go to another place where they were patient , willing to work with me and treated me with dignity from start to finish. Gave me enough time to discuss possible options for tires.
Unfortunately I could not have the great experience that other people express here, because from the first moment I made contact with the worker I had the most terrible impression, he was in the worst mood to offer at least a smile, zero helpful, impatient and stressed and that is not the customer's problem, He himself should know who I mean, but it must be a shame for him, the business just lost a customer and maybe we are not imported, but he should think if what he does has him happy.
I was visited and ask about my Mazda 3 tires but really showed up rude attitute, that time I wouldnt say anything. I left right way. I dont like hes attitude. Very rude guy
