Worst experience ever said my tires I was getting would ruin my car also told me I needed a upper bushing yea they need to give there heads a shake don’t know the difference between a upper lower also need to learn if you put all 4 of the same tires on a awd car it’s not gonna wreck the car
Despite the positive reviews, my experience was disappointing. The customer service was below average, and the brand new tires arrived without protective plastic. As a result, dirt and mud from the tires soiled my car's interior.
We had a blown tire on our trailer on the highway and called Consumer Tire. They had three new tires for me installed under 40 minutes, and the balance was very quick. We were super happy with their service. Thank you, Consumer Tire!
Problem with reviews, is that they are so static. UPDATE: Another amazing experience dealing with the owner and staff. They did research and found a way off using same winter tires and runs from my old car to a new car of different make and class. Even confirmed odo error of only 1.5%. Wow. Saved me 1600+. Excellent customer service. We were treated well, even with three kids tearing the place up. Was patient and had pleasant conversation. Was very knowledgable but wasn't pushing any specific tire but helped narrow down what we wanted based on noise, travel distances, what terrain we drove through. Very helpful and was 500+ less expensive than othera including a dealer "special buy". Would strongly recommend to anyone to call or visit.
