They offered storage of my winter tires. When I returned to have them put on I found out that they had sold my winter tires and factory Rims. Did not have the courtesy to call me and give me the opportunity to come get them.
Went in thinking i needed new winter tires when i arrived we discussed some options and picked a set out, as they went to start the change over they noticed that my tires werent as bad as i thought and told me that as much as they'd love to take my money they suggested i just kept the tires i have as they still had lots of life... not too often you find honest shops that care more about their clients over the money.. i will go nowhere else from now on. Also the awesome friendly service is always a bonus! Highly recommend
Initially I was impressed with Mike the owner on our first phone call. I was quoted a great price for Sailun all season tires. The receptionist ordered in 4 tires but only 3 were delivered. Almost immediately they found the fourth. While I was in the waiting area staff approached me with suggesting I ordered tires for an 18 " rim but there was never any talk of 18" because I had been pricing out 19" tires for a few weeks so there was some confusion ( but they had 19" tire to fit my rim so no biggie ). After installation and at my first stop I realized they had installed Sailun ice breaker winter tires Which drive very nice but there was never any mention of purchasing winter tires. I have driven with all seasons all my life. In addition, I had to ask 3 different people for a quote on replacing my outter tie rod ends and the quote I finally did get was double the cost of my mechanic. So I think I will keep these Saliun's for now and see if they are safe for the summer as well. Nice folks at Tire Depot but it might be time for them to hire a capable office manager as it seems they do significant volume in sales but cannot multitask effectively. I'll definitely shop elsewhere for my next set of tires
Received wonderful service, they got me in right away, patched my tire very quickly and even removed the donut tire and remounted it for me. The technicians and office staff were all awesome and I would definitely recommend to anyone and will be back for any new tires or service I may need!
I have used Tire Depot in Barrie a few times. Polite and friendly customer service. The work is done the proper way every time. I would recommend Tire Depot to anyone that needs tires or a tire repair.
I had my winter tires taken off the rims and my summer tires put on the rims and they did not clean the rims or the tire at all all four tires leaked by June and I had to take them to get fixed somewhere else I won't deal with these guys ever again
Getting a 1 because I can't give a zero. I've called MULTIPLE times and I keep getting told that the reception can't help and that they will pass my number on to someone who can. Never have gotten a call back..... EVER!!!! Guess that's what I get for trying to stay away from the big box stores!!!
