Please be careful before signing contracts, ask the silly questions. They will get you to sign any contract, lock you in & when you realize the quality of service is below average, they will tell you cannot cancel. So PLEASE consider other carriers. STAY AWAY FROM TELUS !!!!
Worst service ever charged me for an account I don’t have, they reported it to my credit union and even after calling them and telling them I have no account they are rude and advised I have to pay them, Canada is gone down the toilet
I was in this evening, Dec 2 before close at the Georgian mall location and received the most genuine care from Stephen! If I’ve ever thought of changing providers, this experience alone would deter me. Give this man a raise ! He was so kind and efficient, he’s exactly the kind of person you want to encounter!
Telus is a terrible company. Charged me for months for Alarm Monitoring while not monitoring my system. Customer service was terrible, then charged me for Contract Termination of 548.38 My contract was with ADT from 13 years plus ago. I never had a signed contract with ADT. Terrible experience Ontario Canada
