I can’t even begin to express how fortunate my family and I have been to deal with wireless wave in the Georgian Mall. We have been customers with them for approx. ten years and they never disappoint! We deal mostly with Jamie Lopez and he is the epitome of professional. Recently, I was in the market for a set of new phones for me and my family. I stumbled upon Wireless Wave at the Georgian Mall and was helped out by a wireless representative named Teg. Teg was FANTASTIC and made the process of upgrading my phone quite painless. He was polite, personable, and knowledgeable. He walked me through all of my options and made sure that any discount I qualified for I got. I have purchased new phones through Rogers directly, Jump +, and Best Buy in the past. Although my experiences with the other companies was good, my experience with Teg at Wireless Wave was exceptional. Thank you!
