Today I called this Chatr location phone number to ask a simple question. I gave the male my phone number, birthdate, and my name. I simply said my anniversary date in August 27 which date do I need to load a top up card on to my phone by to assure that my service won't be shut off. I wanted to know if I had until 11:59 pm on the 27th or 11:59 pm on the 26th. He said I'm not sure but if your phone is shut off just purchase and load the top up card. What a waste of time it was calling. If it didn't matter to me that my phone gets shut off then I wouldn't have called the Chatr location. Very dissatisfied with the service I received today. If I could leave zero stars I would have.

Becareful. This Chatr Kiosk will sell you used phones and tell you it's brand new. I experienced this. I made sure I got a refund. But getting your top up voucher is fine.
