I had purchased the digital astro bundle ps5 online. Something didn't click and the purchase didn't go through. There was 2 left in stock according to the list online I went in to purchase it and the dude cancelled my online order, and then brought out the disc version scanned the item while we were absent from the counter. We asked him multiple times of it was the same price as the digital he reassured us over and over again it was, claiming disc was better. I was in a rush and had an appointment to get to and some more shopping and so I just grabbed headphones and the PlayStation and went on my way. I kept thinking the math wasn't mathing as I budget everything and I dug out my receipt to find the one he had sold me was $70 more.... I got ahold of customer service who got the manager to call us who promised to hold and exchange the system for us on Friday. Come Friday. I was just going to go in but decided to check online the system had been sold. After promising to hold it. I called the number and the manager was "sick" and wouldn't be going in. So not only did he not call and have the system held, then sold it, I was forced to buy and keep an item I didn't want and the manager failed to do his job and bring customer satisfaction. I understand it's their job to make money but as a mom who has two young children I don't appreciate being manipulated into a purchase, I WILL NEVER GIVE BEST BUY MONEY AGAIN. one bad experience reaches 10 sets of ears. Do better staff...
