The team at Zehrs in Barrie on Bryne Dr were absolutely great. Samuel hooked me up with 2 phones and a great plan. There were many options to choose from so it was great having a concerned and knowledgeable person to help me stick handle my way through all of the decisions. I've been using the Mobile shop for 6 years and I have no intentions of going anywhere else!

I could not believe all the free things I walked out of there with, and a cheaper plan to boot. The staff was so knowledgeable they managed to fix an issue with my carrier that I have been trying to resolve over the phone for 2 months. 100% recommend anyone that needs a new phone or plan to check this place out, I'm literally blown away. It's been a complete mess getting a phone. I've never had to go though all this in my life. And I have been dealing with mobile shop for many many years. Cannot wait to receive my phone and deal with this mess! Not necessarily the employees fault but it's been a run around for sure.
Husband and I went into the Essa Rd location today and got two new phones. The Service offered by Bhivan and Het was exceptional. We will continue to go here for our phones in the future. Thanks Guys!
Terrible lies, mix ups the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing. They were trying to work within their limitations but virgin was making changes as they saw fit. Virgiin is the worst company on my own opinion. Due to virgins lack of accountabitility, it made two very competent workers looks very incompetent.
The people that work here are great. We dealt with Rachit and Dale, both very patient, polite and extremely knowledgeable about the products and the different phone plans available. I got a brand new phone and lots of points towards free groceries. It doesn't get any better than that! :D
