A+ Experience with Sunny Dewett at TELUS My mom and I had an outstanding experience with Sunny at TELUS. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, patient, and laser-focused on finding the right plan for us—not just the most expensive option. He listened to what we actually needed (two lines, lots of data, and reasonable monthly costs) and then built a package that beat anything we’d seen elsewhere. What stood out: • Phenomenal value: Sunny stacked the best current promotions, loyalty discounts, and multi-line savings to get us a deal that genuinely lowered our bill without sacrificing features. No hidden fees, no surprises—he laid out every cost clearly. • Expert guidance: He explained the differences between plans in plain language, answered all our questions, and made sure we understood how the pricing would look after the promo period. • Seamless setup: Sunny took care of activation, transferred our contacts/photos, set up voicemail and data settings, and double-checked everything before we left. He even showed my mom a few useful tips to make her phone easier to use. • Above-and-beyond service: We left with printed copies of our plan details, and Sunny emailed us a summary as well. He invited us to reach out if anything looked off on the first bill—amazing follow-through. It’s rare to get this level of honesty and care in wireless. If you’re shopping for a phone or plan, ask for Sunny. He’ll take the stress out of the process and get you a phenomenal deal like he did for us. Highly recommend!

I went into the Telus location with Steve Miller and was horrified at how this young woman treated him. Telus gave him a refurbished phone with someone else’s ID and he was told to go to a store so they could have it repaired. This women escalated so quickly I couldn’t not believe it. Why is Telus sending out refurbished phones with someone else’s Apple ID? Why are they not wiped clean? Where are these phones coming from? Anyone else have this problem?

Worst service ever charged me for an account I don’t have, they reported it to my credit union and even after calling them and telling them I have no account they are rude and advised I have to pay them, Canada is gone down the toilet

Parking lot blocked at both ends. Not sure why. Not the stores fault. Entered vestibule. Door locked, had to ring bell and show camera and staff ID. Minimal staff working on a Saturday during "Black Friday" sales. Store full with many waiting ahead of me. Staff member Kyle C helped out. Polite, friendly. He figured out that my daughters phone wasn't working because the tech in the Georgian Mall put an Apple Sim card into her Android phone. He fixed it, somewhat. She can now make phone calls but still can't text people. 6 months, issue still not sorted. We are still paying for a paper weight she can only use on wifi. But Kyle was great! Called Webstore for advice. Tech horrible. 40 mins on hold, then 15+ mins on the phone with the tech. A bazillion questions that I answered correctly (password, order numbers, dates ordered, hiw, what ordered, my address, names of my kids/spouse and verified numbers etc... Then he said he had to call me back in 5 mins to verify it was actually me calling from my phone and verify all of the phones & numbers on my account. 15+ minutes later, he called and asked me all of same questions plus a ton more. Worst customer experience from Luthar. Very discriminative towards international students . He just humiliated my mind and indulge me in very stressfull environment . I got very panicked and anxious seriously so rude . Recommend not to visit

Awesome Store! Went there to help my brother with his mal-functioning phone, but the attendant-employee did all the work. Also, she made sure my brother didn't lose the minutes on his phone.
