No.1 Staff because i went the store to pick up delivery order the staff members are canceled the order in front of me sorry we don't have any items available right now. I am coming from 6Km too far from my location to this store. ???
It’s a shame that, much like other gas companies in town, that and the blackout, Sunday night prices have not dropped. I usually gas up on this night at prices anywhere between 1.42 and 1.48 and tonight it’s 1.56’ish. Such a shame that gas companies take advantage of people in despair! Again - not just picking on Shell but all companies.
We got told our gas was covered by “Atik”later to find out from a call by Barrie police treating us like a criminal for not paying for our gas. The lady at the store was very friendly and it is not her fault, but I do not appreciate being treated like a criminal over an employees error.
Irresponsible cashier. Waited for her to allow the transaction but she didn’t care to even though she saw me.left without getting gas. Never going back
Location now locks doors for the convenience store an hour earlier than before without any change in signage. Employees are also constantly on the phone or are talking to their friends in the store and when they are paying attention constantly try to sell you things.
I went on Friday, September 6th at night. The attendant was sleeping at the window. I had to bang on the window to wake him up. Fair enough, I work nights, I understand being tired. But tonight, I went around 1:30 am. The doors were locked as per usual with the transactions meant to take place through the window. There was no attendant at the window or in the store. I waited 5 minutes, and as there was no signage stating they were closed/on break, etc, I decided to call. I called 3 times and listened to the phone ring in the store through the window. So after wasting 10 minutes I headed elsewhere. Don't advertise yourself as a 24 hour location when you're clearly not.
The guy who was working cash was rude and impatient. He grabbed my card out of my hand in an effort for me to tap my card faster, after i told him repeated amounts of times that it doesn’t not tap. So aggravating and rude.
