This is a good place to stop for gas, just getting off the 400, on the right side of the road as you are traveling north. It's easy to get in and out from. The staff has been friendly when I've gone in. They even have a little bathroom in there. I haven't used the car wash in a while, but it's been decent in the past.
Very bad service this station. I buy petro canad car wash . Some time app doesn't work i go inside they said call service center. I call service center take 2 hours hold and they said go to close petro canada they give u free wash . When i come here they said no . 270 doller paid what Owner should teach your employees
Great service at 341 Bayfield St Petro Canada! The staff are always friendly and helpful. The gas station is clean, well-maintained, and the Super Car Wash does an amazing job—my car comes out spotless every time. Highly recommended if you’re in Barrie!
Car wash doesn’t clean underbody and the staff were defensive and pointed to the sign that says cleans and rust protects underbody. And said, “its wet so it’s doing what it says” These pictures are after taking it through twice in the span of an hour. I asked for refund he said he doesn’t have the ability to do so. Barely understood English. Never coming back.
The worst service! I am a paying customer for the winter car wash, but for the last four visits, the jet spray in the car wash was broken, and my car was not being cleaned properly. I spoke to the staff, and they said they couldn't do anything. If they can't fix the broken equipment, they should do something for their customers. The staff told me that if I washed it again, there would be more soap. I have no idea what they actually do for their paying customers.
Monday morning I came in to get gas and some other things. The gentleman working was so kind and very patient as my points card wasn’t working with the app. Really went the extra mile . Very nice guy.
Worst customer service ever. Night shift rep name Darwin does not know how to speak or greet the customer. The manager please give him a proper training scratch ticket to buy and check anytime. The terminal is closed for lotto max and 649 draws and so on but scratch works or you can check any time. As I did check my ticket right now while the draw is under counting. So please give him proper training. I am your regular customer I know the Kevin you works most of the time. He is a great guy welcoming with his big smile and asks you for everything lottery cigarettes and so on. But this night the guy is not interested in anything just on his phone.
