Usually the car was is great. This time around I had a different experience I went through the first time, my car was filthy after going through! Didn’t clean my car well at all. I went into the store and the employee gave me another code to go through again which I was appreciative of. I went through and followed the instructions like I have many times before,it started to soap my car with water before it stopped abruptly and started telling me to get out of the car wash. I went to tell the employee again and he said there was nothing he could do? Took my name and number to give to the manager and haven’t heard anything. Waste of 15$ and waste of 25+ mins at a car wash. Won’t go back
This is my go to gas station I stop at before I leave Barrie. The price is good and the selection in the convenience store is impressive. Good variety of snacks and drinks
Little disappointed in the car wash. The arm goes around your vehicle and everything gets covered. But when the triple foam comes out the arm does NOT go around your vehicle and the entire back gets missed. :-(
Great pit stop! Friendly & helpful staff! Great Variety of items you might need for your travels. Touchless car wash works well and the wait wasn't too long.
Typically good pricing at this location. It's new with a car wash for those interested. Second time I've been there where the receipt printer at the pump wasn't working which I find annoying and did mention it to the attendant inside.
For the most part it's almost always a pleasant experience here. Prices are normally cheaper than others in the area. I just wish they had a points system like Pioneer
Started to gas up here more and more (it's close to home), and use their touchless car wash (which is better than all the rest!). Station is always clean and tidy, and the staff inside are awesome! Most gas stations are dimly lit, gross places, but MacEwen does it right! EDIT: This review is one star lower now, because MacEwen has jacked up the prices on the car wash. Disappointed to see this.
