They have friendly staff. They were helpful when I needed to get my propane tank refilled. Service is quick and streamlined. I was in and out quickly. The pricing was decent. It's a great location to be in. I will be back there.
put 50$ in my vehicle which gave me no fuel, I proceeded to go inside to talk to the employee and he claims he knew the pump was broken but did not bother putting a sign or taking any other measures to warn people about it, then he told me he can’t do anything about it, this is scamming people and this shouldn’t be acceptable, I had a very hard time understanding the employee since he barely spoke any English, he was extremly rude and not helpful, this happened to 4 other people so far that I know about at this station, stay away from this place you’ll get scammed
Apparently open 24 hours doesn’t mean the same thing to me as it does them - currently standing in the rain waiting to get my propane filled - was told I had to wait 20 minutes as they were training a new person - maybe change it to ‘open when we feel like it’?
The guy filling propane tanks wanted me to paint my tank or he wouldn't fill it. This is a pressure vessel and really should be prepared and painted properly. The guy is very rude. No more business from me!
Whoever was working here at 11:50 of 19th April. She was racist and rude. I am going to do word of mouth for this gas station. Very rude and u professional. Every time i used to visit here was was rude but this time its not acceptable. Sorry you lost so many Indian customer in your area.
Worst customer service ever I will not be coming back to this location I’ll take the drive to the other side of town. Sadly this is not the first time I have rude customer service from this location. You just lost another customer
A staff member who may or may not still be working here is verbally abusive towards female customers, and triggered a panic attack in one customer with PTSD recently. Management doesn't seem to care, as I have not heard back in over a month. Also they still maintain that using a cell phone at a gas station is dangerous, which the TSSA has proven to be false.
