Dec. 4 at around 20:40 I asked the station employee behind the payment desk to shut down a pump because a truck filling the tank had the engine running while fueling. He said the owner is responsible not him and he did nothing and I said is dangerous. He put the rest of customers in danger. I will avoid this station despite that has a good location for me. This unsafe incident is not OK and could repeat so people like me could be put in danger. If this repeats TSSA will find out about it because I will report it and they will decide if this station is in compliance or not.
The worst gas station I've tried. Old and faulty pump machines. It was a waste of time trying two pump stations that never worked. I would never go to any Shell station again.
Every time I come here to pump gas. The pumps are never working with the CAA discount. I don’t understand it recently. I went there. I couldn’t even dispense gas and I thought I was being robbed by the gas pump because it simply wouldn’t dispense the gas. I prepaid for buyers beware do not come through here if you’re expecting any good service they straight up laugh at you.
Just bought a full tank of 89 oct May 28, it's bad gas. they may be using other fluids or heavily diluting with water. Definitely noticeable on a full tank.
Clerk was good enough to issue a refund. But, DO NOT use this car wash. Got a deluxe wash, left a grey film and streaks all over my black truck. Truck looks worse now than it did before it went in for the laughably called wash
This gas station is in an average area, and has fairly un-competitive pricing. It's an older gas station. There's a car wash here that's also fairly old. Overall, this is just another gas station, with slightly more competitive pricing and a refresh on their car-wash, I could see this place being a more popular gas station. It's in a very competitive and busy area, and doesn't do much, if anything to stand out. No huge complaints from me, but a few areas to improve.
Very bad experience. Tried to get diesel at 4am. He was in the back sleeping or Somthing for 15 mins before he heard me knocking on the door. Then he told me I had to “ pre-pay “. I use a company gas card I cannot pre pay and I had 0 gas left. Needless to say he prett much said sucks to be you and I had to find another shell. Do not buy gas here, terrible workers, terrible experience.
