$12 for a very basic hot chocolate in the smallest to-go cup you've ever seen is audacious. I'm not someone who leaves reviews, just know what you're getting in to here. Probably wouldn't complain if the cup was adult sized, not the one for mouthwash. Probably wouldn't complain if an ounce of effort, or a special ingredient or two went into it, but here we are. The best chocolate maker in Toronto sells a hot chocolate twice as large for about $4.
This place is amazing. I really only come here for dessert since their Crepes and Waffles are amazing, but their food is actually really good as well. This time around we just got dessert. We brought our little one with us and the staff were really nice to her and accommodating (even though she was pretty well behaved for a toddler). We ordered a waffle with Nutella and Bananas and chocolate cereal with a bit of ice cream. Also got a crepe with Nutella and strawberries. It was simply drowning in chocolate. Lastly we also got a cacao 70 hot chocolate. Soooo good. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for brunch or just anytime dessert.
Me and my girlfriend dined here yesterday and everything was so amazing !! This is the second time I have been and I will be going back for sure! The service is awesome, the owners are lovely and very friendly. The food is outstanding and their chocolate is to die for!!! If you’re in barrie you need to visit this location you absolutely will not regret it !
Absolutely delicious and fresh food! You will not try better churros anywhere else! We keep coming back to this restaurant for brunch and the delicious desserts! The staff is absolutely professional and really nice! The place is beautiful and clean! Best place in Barrie, highly recommend!
Was quite disappointed with my recent visit. The food was overpriced for what we received. The sandwich was essentially two pieces of deli meat between two soggy slices of bread, with a fried egg that had a rubbery yolk. The waffle sandwich was undercooked and gooey, and it also had the same rubbery fried egg. While I appreciated the discount offered for inedible food, it didn’t make up for the overall poor experience. Have heard great things about their chocolate, but won’t be returning for the food.
Very cute little spot! Excellent customer service from Vita, she was unbelievable! Made us feel welcomed and took her time to explain everything even though they were about to close.
This restaurant just opened and I went with my friend to try it out. we ordered some delicious food . I ordered the cheesecake and she got the Nutella fruit crepe. both were so delicious and presented very nicely . overall the service and food were equally amazing . i would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for something sweet .
