I’m so impressed with the customer service at Becker Shoes! I bought a pair of Hoka running shoes and wore them for a full day at work, but unfortunately they just didn’t work out for me. I was pleasantly surprised when the staff allowed me to return them with no hassle and no charge, even after being worn. They were so understanding and helpful, and I ended up finding another pair that worked even better for me. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days — I’ll definitely be shopping here again. Highly recommend!

Thanks so much to Jenny for making this customer feel appreciated! There was a bit of a wait when we came in, but we were willing to wait. There were two employees who VERY quickly got two people ahead of us exactly what they needed. When Jenny came to help me she got me what I wanted and many more options. She was very willing to get more if needed as well. She allowed me time to walk around in them which I wouldn't have done but it made my experience so much better! I have extremely large feet and it makes shoe shopping very painful as many employees do not want to help me find what I need. This was the third place we had gone to for shoes and it was so perfect!
