It’s been almost two weeks and I still haven’t received my order. There haven’t been any shipping updates either. I’m really hoping I didn’t get scammed. This is a big and legitimate company, so I’m confused about why this is happening.
Brianna was very kind and helpful listened to what I needed and found me exactly what I was looking for left with two pairs (I only wanted one) are perfect thank you!
Anish (Georgian Mall) was super helpful, patient and friendly! He helped me try on at least half a dozen different shoes. He was super informative and gave me the best advice about the shoes! Due to his great customer service, I walked out of the store in my new shoes!
Purchased boots that were sitting on a table with a SALE sign directly beside them on one side and another boot in the same style but different colour on the other side with a 25% off tag on it. I was told by the cashier that it was a “promotional display” but these particular ones were not on sale. Didn’t offer to do anything about it. I’d call that false advertising. I really liked the boots or I would have passed. Probably won’t shop there again.
Went in for a return yesterday, nothing wrong with the shoes. The three south asian employees at the front literally took ten minutes looking all over the shoes just to avoid the return and they whispering to each other in their own language had no idea what was going on and were rude in general. Hadn't even been a week since I purchased the shoes. You need better customer service. Didn't even know why I was denied a return.
Got a pair of shoes from SoftMoc for the first time and the experience was great! The associate, Manisha, was very helpful and made my shopping easy and pleasant. Highly recommend this location
