We had purchased our son's shoes here in the spring. We had a lovely experience and referred our family to this store for their son. We went in today for our second pair and we were very disappointed. There was a bit of confusion regarding a discount we had been given and the saleslady had to call her colleague to confirm. We were appalled with the way she was speaking to the other employee. Once she got off the phone she was quite rude, interrupting us while we explained what we were looking for, and ignored our son who was smiling at her. We walked out without purchasing anything. If you don't enjoy kids or customers, don't work at a retail kids store! I would have given 5 stars prior to this visit.
What an awesome store to get your kids shoes. I was very impressed with the name brands they carry and the price was awesome! Also very friendly staff
I have been very pleased with both the selection of shoes and the service. The staff is very knowledgeable and all the shoes we have bought there have outlasted the kid's growth.

I apologize in advance for the story, but I have to tell it. We made the mistake of going in to Coast Mountain Sports to look for running shoes for my son. The girl in the shoe dept wanted me to measure my sons foot for some reason? I had to insist that she do it because I assume that's part of her job.Anyways after that I was annoyed and went to Shoes 4 Me. You can tell the owner loves her job and cares about her customers. THANK!!
