Absolutely worst customer service! I was in the store for nearly 20 minutes 7:18pm on Sept 28th 2018. The staff were joking, laughing and completely ignored everyone. Two girls and one guy. I must have picked up at least 12 pairs of shoes.I know why people order on line!
Awful service! The woman who I assume to be the manager was clearly overwhelmed, and shared this by snapping at both fellow staff and customers. The wait for any type of service was awful, but seems the norm any time I have attempted a purchase. Perhaps more staff and a better system to help customers?
Bought keds shoes here and find out is even wrong size left and right! Dont want to change again just wanna return, but the attitude of the supervisor or the staff is HORRIBLE! Awful people here, never coming back!
Not even worth the one star. Terrible customer service. Lazy workers. Nobody wants to help or make a sale. They are rude and ignorant, and really dont care about working.
