I went into Becker Shoes at Georgian Mall this morning. They have all their winter boots on for half price. I'd been into the other location a couple of days ago, but wasn't able to find anything. I do find the staff at both stores extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. This morning, I had the good fortune to meet Zara (Zahra?); she was so very accommodating and helped me find just the right pair of boots...exactly what I was looking for! She deserves a commendation. She is a wonderful staff member. Thank you! Well done!
Excellent customer service! A young lady, named Zara, helped me out. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions on orthotic footwear. This is the customer service that so many stores are missing today. Bravo, Beckers!
Just came in to look, but had an amazing first time experience coming in. The girls working there were absolutely wonderful and gave lots of information! Definitely coming back again
Found a pair of boots I really liked, however they only had one pair in my size, and there were multiple scratches on them. The first person who was helping me was nice, and attempted to use a leather buffer on them to get the scratch out. The scratches didn’t entirely come off, so I thought I’d ask if they would offer a discount on the shoes. The manager, who took over from the first person who was helping me, informed me that they could not offer a discount. Which is reasonable. A simple no would have been fine. However I was told that the damage on the boots was “simple wear and tear” to which I replied “their brand new, they just came out of the box” and then I was told that they “sometimes come out of the box that way”. I was given the option to have a different pair sent to my house from a different location. But based on that logic (that they may be damaged even if they’re brand new) I decided I didn’t want to do that. I just want to be clear that I’m leaving a 1 star review because of how the manager handled the situation. Saying that they cannot offer discounts would have been valid. Instead she decided to lie through her teeth.
Great selection of brand name shoes and sizes! My son wears size 14 and had no problem finding a stylish shoe. Friendly and efficient customer service.
This location didn't have the brand/style that I was looking for, but the customer service agent was very helpful in looking up other locations that could have them. She was absolutely fantastic and I would shop here everytime!
