Place seems nice but doesn't strike me as hungry for business. I inquired about a 2019 Dodge ram as soon as it was posted. Had all the financial aspects in place ready to go. Showed up at the dealer at their posted open time. Nobody there, called a cell number on the website and was advised nobody there and the truck was out getting its safety done. Eager to close the deal I offered to go see the truck at the mechanics location. I was tied up with things later on in the day and could not make that happen. Told the salesman that as soon as the truck is back on the lot call me and ill come in and firm up the deal. I live about 2 mins away, Have not heard anything back and the truck has been sitting on the lot for days. I took my business to a dealer in the city and got a truck within 2 days. Would have like to do business with them if given the chance. Too bad.
I had purchased a truck from this place and it has never been more of a hassle. Not even within 48 hours of owning the truck, the transfer case blew, then later the left brake calliper was seized and the front left wheel had a consistent leak since I got it and yet it somehow passed a safety, along with loose heat shielding around the exhaust manifold that had to be removed. Not to mention they promised a “60 day warranty” and yet told me to “figure it out myself” not even 60 days after purchasing the vehicle and not to mention, they held the truck for 12 days after purchasing it to fix an exhaust leak which was solved with a single tac weld on the resonator. I also had battery connection issues and turns out that the ground terminal to the battery and to the motor were so heavily corroded that the truck would lose power while driving and throw a transmission code due to it. I do not trust this place and I may have had a bad experience, but other people may have had a good one. All these faults were somehow overlooked and the truck passed a safety. I solved these issues with my own mechanical experience, which somehow a licensed mechanic managed to look over and not be able to figure out. I would not recommend this place for anyone who’s buying their first car. I got off lucky knowing my stuff about mechanics, but other young adults may not be so lucky. So many overlooked things and now the trucks running perfectly, after I spent hours fixing it myself. Not to mention the poor performance there. And I did test drive the truck and it worked perfectly fine. Went in and out of 4 wheel drive without a problem and despite it sitting for a while, there was no leak in any tires. I’m not pointing fingers, but there can be improvements.

Bought a car from them and it has been nothing but problems. I do not recommend this place unless you take the vehicle to your own mechanic first if they allow. Don't make the same mistake I did.
