I had a sense that these guys were ok. Austin looked after me pretty good. Minor issue after the sale but everything worked out fine in the end (thanks Austin). I'd recommend them.
We recently bought a gmc terrain from Murad auto. It did break down on us within an hour of purchase, but they got that issue fixed over a long weekend for us. A couple days after getting it home it broke down again, ( different issue) and since we lived a couple hours away we took it to a local gm place we're it was fixed and they paid for that too. It's a 14 year old vehicle so we expected there could be some issues, but they kept in contact with us and made sure the vehicle was running well for us. Overall we had a good experience with them and would recommend them for vehicle purchases.
I recently purchased a 2015 Hyundai sonata through Austin, and I must say it was the best experience I’ve ever had. Austin made the whole process a smooth and delightful experience when purchasing the car. Right from the beginning it was very enjoyable to be able to look around with no pressure on picking a car right away, you are able to look around and find the car that suits you the best and not be pressured by the statistics or someone else’s opinion. Austin provided all the information necessary to help me find the right car, and it was an excellent decision. I would recommend Austin to anyone who’s looking for an honest and trustworthy car dealer.
Bought a Tiguan from them in at the end of 2021. From day one had issues with it. Biggest being a huge leak from the sunroof putting 10’s of litres of water in the vehicle every time it rained. Took it back to them to “fix”. Told they couldn’t find any problem. Since then I have to shop vac the water out weekly for two years. As of today it’s been scraped after wasting $10k on this lemon from murad. Timing chain issues. Leaks water like a sieve. 23 timing code errors. Engine fluid leaks everywhere. Air bag codes from water. Misfire codes. Burns 3 litres of oil per month. Turbo’s dead. Steering linkage damaged. All of these problems were there from the day I bought it. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else.
I recently dealt with Austin here, and he was outstanding! This really is a no pressure dealership where you’re free to walk around without anyone breathing down your neck. Austin was helpful, informative and very comfortable to be around! I have always been hesitant to try out a used car dealership, but I’m so grateful my first experience was this amazing!!
MY PURCHASE STORE - I bought 2015 ford feista after delivery on same day immediately i got AIR BAG sign on , fortunately they got it fixed in 2 weeks after that cars stereo system stopped working and i went to my mechanic they checked and figured out AC is also leaking . DONT GO ANYWHERE GUYZ I HAVE MORE . after 1 month and spending alot of my time and money ENGINE LIGHT got on . MY LIFE GOT HORRIBLE SINCE I BOUGHT CAR FROM MURAD AUTO SALES . THERES MANY MORE THAT I DON’T WANT TO WRITE HERE . BE SAFE BUYERS
