I bought a Porsche here on July 28 and picked it up on August 2. I only drove it for 4 days (under 500 km) before major problems started on August 6. The car had chassis failure caused by a broken sensor, and after having it checked by my own mechanic, I discovered even more serious issues: Damaged shocks Damaged knuckles Exhaust leak Engine leak All of this despite the dealership claiming the vehicle had passed a “safety inspection.” Their mechanic clearly did not perform a proper safety. It has now been over a month (September 13) and the car is still with them, not repaired, and they refuse to cancel my finance contract. I even have: Messages and screenshots A voicemail from them saying they would cancel the deal Documentation of all the parts that need replacing This dealership lied to me, sold me an unsafe car, and has kept me without my vehicle for weeks while still charging me. If I could give zero stars, I would. I am now taking them to court, and I look forward to hearing them explain how a car that broke down in 4 days and has been in their shop for 2+ months is considered “safe” and “sale-ready.” if anyone else wants to join this lawsuit please add me ⚠️ Do NOT buy a car here. ⚠️ Do NOT deal with Shane or Nezar. They are dishonest, cut corners on safety, and leave customers suffering after taking their money. And if you look at all the 1 star reviews they all claim what i been saying, they cut corners for safety! But I promise ill be the last person they do it too!
I’ve been looking around for a car for a while now, and I finally found my perfect car thanks to Aiden. Would give a 0 if possible..bought a car 7 months ago for 10,000 now being told the headgasket is done and so many repairs not worth fixing. Wouldn't fix a repair 2 weeks after receiving the car because was 500km over the warranty . DO NOT BUY !!!! . THEY SPAM THEIR ACCOUNT WITH GOOD REVIEWS BUT ALL THE CARS ARE NOT ROAD WORTHY
My Wife purchased a 2011 Volkswagen Tiquan from Cars Canada, Nazar was exceptional...he went above and beyond to make sure I was totally satisfied throughout the whole buying process (and I should note that I am every car dealerships worst nightmare as far as picking things apart) Nazar was patient, no pressure and I felt he was a stand up guy, and a shout out to Shane he was professional and friendly, I felt these guys have customer service in mind, also I did a ton of research and I felt very good. Purchasing the 24 month Lubrico Warranty, I would definitely consider them for MY next used vehicle
