DON’T bother going here.. this dealership sold me a vehicle that was 2 different types of White.. was not noticeable in the show room but definitely when i brought it home. Then made me pay $500 for them to “repaint it” & what did they do? Nothing. Still 2 different colours. To TOP IT OFF, they hid the fact that this car had been in an accident.. found out after checking CarFax months later. ALWAYS CHECK CARFAX & find a better place to go to.
On Aug 13/19, I reluctantly purchased a high end vehicle from Downsview Place Auto Group. Although, I liked the vehicle very much, I read the customers review and their experience with the above. All indicated, negative, unsatisfactory experience, with the Company, Staff, Vehicles, etc. I decided to do my own due diligence, and to my amazement, their Competitors, assured me, that they are an honest clean and supportive group, who back up what they promised and sell mainly clean good cars. When your competitors, endorse you and speak highly of you, and they recommend this, was good enough for me to deal and purchase vehicle. To further substantiate, I wish to thank, both, Mr. Emil Chalmiev and Avi, for their continuous cooperation and assistance, I remain very happy with the vehicle and of course, with their professionalism. It is allways best to do your own investigation and find out for yourself rather than be influenced by others reviews.
