I’m leaving this review to warn anyone thinking about prepaying for a membership here. I joined Athletic Kulture in June 2025 and paid for a full year up front. The main reason I signed up was a quiet, more private area upstairs that I was shown on my tour. It had almost everything I needed and was the only reason I chose this gym over others. A few months later, I showed up and discovered that area had been converted into a ladies-only section. That change was not mentioned when I joined, and it completely changed what I was paying for. Since then, I’ve only been in a couple of times because the part of the gym I signed up for simply no longer exists for me. I contacted the gym, explained the situation, and asked for a refund of the remaining months. I pointed out that their own contract says: “The Member may cancel this contract… if there is a material change in the services provided by the club.” In my view, removing the only area I joined for is a material change. The response I received acknowledged the change (they explained it was now a women’s-only section and that member demographics had shifted), but they told me they do not refund paid-in-full memberships after activation. In other words, they will cancel, but in my experience, they keep your money if you prepaid, even when they change the facility in a way that makes it unusable for you. They also advertise that you can “cancel anytime,” but my experience is that if you’ve prepaid, the cancellation doesn’t come with any refund, even when the gym changes in a significant way after you sign. I had enjoyed the gym (Equipment is great) before this and didn’t set out to speak badly about it, but I think it’s only fair to share my experience so others can make an informed decision (Towel service is very spotty and are sand paper). My advice to anyone considering this gym: • Do not prepay for a full year unless you’re comfortable with the risk that they may change the layout/services and you may not get your money back. • If you join, consider month-to-month instead of paid-in-full, so you’re not locked in if the club changes in a way that doesn’t work for you. This review is based solely on my personal experience as a paying member.
best customer service i have ever seen in my life. I went to go ask the front to charge my headphones and the kind young man, (i think his name is tyler) at the front willingly unplugged his phone so that he could plug in my headphones. Chivalry is still alive and well at this place 11/10
My favourite gym I’ve ever been to, been going since they opened and will never change. My son also loves the child care and has been going since he was 6 months old.

An amazing facility that caters to people of all ages and athletic abilities. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the gym is always clean and organized! The best gym I’ve ever been to.
The staff and the gymgoers here are all great people. The price is on the higher end, but for what else is available in town, it's pretty well justified and represents a good value. I think if you place importance on the quality of your workout, there isn't a better place to be. The gym is exceptionally clean as well.
Hands down one of the best gyms I have been too! The atmosphere is incredible, the staff are so welcoming and friendly and the service is incredible. This place is full of people who motivate you to want to do/be better. Forever my second home!
