The gym is fine, but the customer service is very bad. There are no representatives present at the front desk. My card didn't work for some reason, so I pressed the bell multiple times and called Fit4less helpline as well. I waited 30 minutes without any front desk staff present.You guys really need to work on your staff - especially to cater front desk. Cancelling subscription just because of several bad customer service experiences from you guys.
Hi everyone, just wanted to share my experience at Fit4Less. I joined in July and paid $64 for the membership, but honestly, things were not great. As an woman, I felt really uncomfortable there. There are a few guys who come between 6–8 PM, and they just keep staring at you the whole time. They watch what you’re doing, look at you in a flirty way, and it honestly makes you lose all your confidence. I even started asking someone to come with me because I didn’t feel safe going alone. Plus, a lot of the machines don’t even work properly, and the vibe inside just wasn’t good. Because of all this, I stopped going in August and ended up cancelling my membership. Just sharing my experience so others know what they’re walking into. Hopefully the management fixes these issues.
Today, during my workout, I was using the abduction/adduction machine while one of your male employees was working out with two of his friends on the chin dip assist machine right in front of me. After all three finished their sets, none of them cleaned the equipment. As a paying member, I find this concerning—especially since we are constantly reminded to wipe down machines after use. If your own staff does not follow basic gym etiquette, how can members be expected to take this seriously? I’ve also noticed more members skipping this responsibility lately, and it becomes frustrating when even employees set the wrong example. I kindly request that management address this issue so that staff can lead by example and help maintain a clean and hygienic environment for everyone.
I would give zero stars if I could. Fit4Less is nothing but a scam when it comes to billing and cancellation. I joined just to try the gym and hardly used it for a month — yet I’ve been forced to pay over $100 in total. When I tried to cancel, I was told I’d only be charged two final billing cycles of $7.99 + tax. Instead, they kept draining my account with extra unauthorized charges. Even after cancellation, they continue to pile on “lock-in charges” and hidden fees. The so-called $7.99 membership is a complete scam — they tack on fees, lock-in charges, and whatever else they can to take your money. To make it worse, the staff are completely helpless and rude. Any time you question them, they just brush you off with “it’s in the contract” instead of actually helping. This gym is not worth the stress or the money. Fit4Less is built on misleading advertising and shady billing practices. Save yourself the headache and stay far away.
Really bad experience, therapy session is restricted after one round of 10 minutes, why do mention unlimited therapy for Black Card.... There's no one to whom we can convey our thoughts except reviews...
Love this gym. It is such a great environment for personal growth. Always clean and well mantain. Great place to meet and make new friends. But most importantly, the way people respect one another is so magical in itself. Everybody is there for one purpose and one purpose only. To get fit and healthy and live a good life. ? ?? Come check it out. It's got everything you need to achieve your fitness goals.
Excellent gym, its nice and clean and has almost every equipment for weight training except for a deadlift platform. Also additional of staight bar cable attachments would be nice.
