The worst location of goodlife. The guy at front desk is rude and giving alot of problems. Never going to this location again. I hope there will be some kind of solution regarding staff and gym itself. I have been to other locations and they are perfectly fine. There is something wrpmg with this location and i hope.they change their front desk as they are rude and doesnt knkw what they are doing.
This is by far the best gym in Barrie! There is such a good vibe from all the staff and members, a healthy community that is serious about fitness! it a great place to get a lift in and have a laugh or a friendly conversation! Shout out to Alanna and Shakira for running such a fantastic gym, and Andy for being such a funny character always with a smile on his face!
All and all a good gym, plenty of equipment, a little heavy on cardio but not so much that the weight section suffers. But beware, the change rooms are dirty, the sauna is dingy and there is no towel service. Goodlife should me more interested in the up keep of their gyms than pushing PT sessions
They don't allow visitors to accompany members. Why do visitors have to book an appointment with an associate who tries to sell every single service offered in a very pushy manner.
This location good nice and clean, washroom the mens washroom are nice more clean them other location congratulations guys, overall is good customer service friendly and the location, is just missing the towels and the wifi. For the members, Thanks.
Left LA Fitness after 5 years and got a membership here. Only compliant that I have is the lack of wifi. I tend to stream music while Im at the gym and find it amazing that wifi is an issue here. There is lots of equipment and times that I have been its not so busy that I cant use what I would like because someone else is using the machine.
Went there this morning for the first time this morning and didnt have a great experience. The facility was great; spacious, equipment working well and other members were pleasant. I wish the same could be said for the staff. Nobody at the front desk and after you scan the first time you get yelled at from across the gym from Sarah to not do it again. Although I felt bad about interrupting her conversation for her to do her job a little help would have been useful. Not a very welcoming experience for people new to the location.
Clean and well equipped gym. Just if your membership includes towel service you will still have to bring your own towel, this location simply doesnt have towels.
Sarah is always there with a smile to greet me at the front desk. Very friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoy coming here.
