I am a 31-year-old woman, and while shopping with my mother this evening to buy my son a Christmas present, I attempted to purchase lottery tickets. I had forgotten my ID, and the cashier, who was very polite check with the manager on duty. Unfortunately, the manager’s response was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I understand and fully respect that it is the law to request ID from anyone who appears under 25; however, the tone used when speaking to customers matters. The interaction left a negative impression, especially considering the situation was handled respectfully by the cashier. I hope management will reinforce the importance of customer service and professionalism when addressing customers about policy.
Horribly expensive, but what do you expect from anything associated with Loblaws? Usually no staff on a cash desk. The self checkout has the temerity to ask in a computerized voice, "Tell us how we did today!" when there has been no staff contact whatsoever. The world is going mad.
Scam! Dont listen to the shoppers associates when getting your passport photo. Just get the normal photo you dont require the digital. When you ask them what you need they say it depends! Total scam! Beware!

Cosmetics staff very helpful ! Passport photo lady was very professional! Cashier asked me to pay before I can even receive my photo and put on my coat. I felt rushed and was not asked if I was a PC member. Just pay now and cash debit or credit. Poor service there at the door.
Always find what I want lots of sale products. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. Never have to wait too long to check out. Cosmetic beauty department have great staff with lots of suggestions and ideas.
The service is pretty good! Sometimes you might find a gem in the gaming section; for me it was the last of us part 1 for ps5 whereas everywhere else was sold out! Reason for 4 stars is the post office always has a long line and the customer service is always the greatest!
