The pharmacist here is lovely. She follows up, explains things in detail and listens and answers all questions. Great at giving boostersas well. Our whole family has switched to her pharmacy and we wished we had done this much sooner

My family has been going to Prohealth for years , Sham is so informative , she listens to your concerns and will help with any other options , she eases your fears about taking medications. Sham goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and trusted .Always has a smile on her face and always asks about each family member . My family supports this pharmacy 100 percent ! Nema is just as wonderful as Sham, bottom line is these women put so much effort in making everyone that walks through their doors feel like family .
I am a paraplegic, which means I am confined to a wheelchair and cannot walk. I can drive however. So when I go to get my meds Sham (the pharmacist) has set it up with me that she'll come out when it's safe for her to do so, and she'll bring me my meds right to my truck. Just this little gesture saves me so much time and aggravation transferring out of my truck and back into my truck just for my medication. Now I'm not worried about what the weather does, like if it's snowing out. This is a big gesture; one less thing to worry about. This makes my life much easier. I just have been recovering from surgery and Sham has taken it upon herself to phone me to see how I have been feeling since the operation. I have never had a pharmacist or known a pharmacist to do this ever! Sham goes above and beyond always.
The care and knowledge of the pharmacist at Pro health is above and beyond. She is very knowledgeable about medications and treatment, specializing in pain management,women health etc. I recommend this pharmacy for everyone. 5 stars keep up the great job.
Ok people Prohealth on mapleton Ave in Barrie is so far the best service ever!!The pharmacy technician definitely no there stuff and the staff are amazing I rate this place a 5 star all the way!!!
I highly recommend this Pharmacy to my friends and family or anyone looking for a great pharmacy. The owner and staff are both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. No waiting for prescriptions as they are on top of things and always one step ahead. Also helpful and reliable advice in regards to any health or prescription questions!
