Honestly it's incredibly frustrating to go in there and be speaking 2 Different women who don't know how to clearly explain themselves in order to properly input new insurance information. I would imagine this would be the minimal, Being able to speak english so that I don't end up waiting 45 minutes in line for a medication.That was already filled when i'm also I bow to go get my daughter from school. I called this script in 3 days ago.And I also wish that I called my insurance information in 3 days ago as well.Although I doubt that would have made a difference. What a joke.
Horrible pharmacy. Staff are incredibly rude and lack basic knowledge. Also the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. Don't waste your time unless you have 6 hours to wait around for them. There's plenty other great pharmacies that will value you as a customer.
I have been using this pharmacy for over 25 years and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. Mark and his staff are always courteous and willing to help if you have a question or a problem, including Julie and Marilyn.
When a prescription is faxed to you, You would think they would call the customer to inform them that they have a prescription to be picked up, waited 10 days to find out they had it
This has been hands down the best experience my family and I have had at a pharmacy and believe me with 3 children constantly sick including us, we've been to our fair share of pharmacies. Tanya went above and beyond to call me and follow up with a medications safety for my child which was so appreciative and rare nowadays. Thank you so much! I will be strictly coming to this location from now on for all of our needs and will let my friends know as well!
My family and I have been with this pharmacy since I was a little kid but the staff is horrible and me and my family and my kids and my mom are trying to switch over to another pharmacy and they are holding our file to be switched over to another pharmacy, Julie is the rudest person we have dealt with and we only stayed a because of Mark but we are tired of not getting our meds that has been sitting in your drawer for almost a month I would not recommend this pharmacy at all they will tell you that your meds will be on delivery when they don’t put it on delivery, so do yourself a favour and find a different pharmacy And Julie needs to be fired because she is rude and she told off our new pharmacy and our new pharmacy had a lot of complaints about this pharmacy and if our file is not switched over, we will be contacting our police that is recommended by our new pharmacy
Staff is very helpful and friendly and will not make You wait too long and have a beautiful store with great prices I would not go anywhere else They are the best.
