I wish I could give less than 1 star. They definitely don’t deserve even that. I get 2 emergency inhalers a month. C o p d and underlying bad asthma. Very BAD. Last time I went I was berated for picking up my salbutamol. It was written on my prescription 17 days to early. Then when I went to pick up my prescription. It was tossed to me. I was questioned like I was a criminal and doing something wrong. I’ve been scared to call back. I’ve had 2 use my salbutamol every 2 or 3 day. Guess that’s acceptable. If I drove or in a better position I’d be going to different pharmacy. I still may do that. TREAT SENIORS WITH RESPECT. Tim
I actually switched Pharmacies to Pharmasave because my doctor's office is right there now and the pharmacy is right next door....a 2 min walk if that! There is also a post office in the same place and you can also get lottery if your feeling lucky! Haha! The staff of the pharmacy are incredibly nice people and I would recommend Pharmasave to anyone! 5 STARS....2 THUMBS WAY UP!
Never had a problem with the place until April 1, 2025. Went to the post office to get a money order and was asked to produce photo identification. The clerk read from some sheet that stated that the store "might" ask for photo identification. I had no photo identification on me and so the clerk refused to issue me a money order. I went to Shoppers Drug Mart at Wellington Plaza after that and was promptly issued a money order. When I told the clerk what had happened at PharmaSave, she said the policy was ridiculous and not in line with any policy at their outlet.
This is hands down the best pharmacy I've ever been to. They are speedy, reliable, and super helpful. I've had multiple minor health challenges that caused temporary pain, eg, sciatic nerve flared up, and their over-the-counter recommendations have been spot on. They also go above and beyond. I had a terrible migraine and a staff member ensured it was managed. (I could have been debilitated for days if it hadn't been for the support of the pharmacist.) Thanks Pharmsave Team for your care. It makes my life better and I really appreciate that!
A small plaza based store that provides good service. Pharmacy staff is always friendly and quick to process prescriptions. You get the feeling of drug stores of yesteryear rather than the large sterlie Shoppers Drug Mart experience.
Very clean and cute little drug store. They have everything from medication to snacks to greeting cards and even some home decor items. Definitely stop in if you're in the area. Well worth it!
