I would like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to Quick Pill Clinic. After recently moving to this neighbourhood, it has been quite a challenge over the past year to find a new doctor for myself and my children. That changed when we found this clinic, where we were welcomed with open arms. Dr. Josh has been exceptional, and I truly look forward to his continued care. The pharmacy team is equally impressive—professional, attentive, and efficient. I couldn’t ask for a better facility to support my family’s health.
Close to home, local, friendly, the clinic and doctors definitely made a positive impact on the community looking for genuine health care providers. Highly recommend
This pharmacy used to be OK, seemed like a knowledgeable pharmacist. As of late, I’ve never seen him there and the staff answering the phone barely speak English and it makes me nervous about their credentials to dispense medicine when they can’t answer simple questions. The walk in clinic is a joke and I’d rather self diagnose with Chat GPT. They gave me an antibiotic and conveniently forgot to send off the urine sample for analysis so I ended up taking the wrong antibiotic and getting sick. The whole walk in experience was bizarre from start to finish and this is what happens when foreign trained doctors and pharmacy staff set up shop and the pharmacist stops coming to the office.
Virtual doctor appointment in the QP website is very easy and convenient to use, I created account and booked an appointment today in less than 5 minutes and was able to see the doctor virtually after 1 hour. Thank you Dr Hamilton for great service.
Hamilton is an excellent pharmacist and has a great team. Everyone is very kind and efficient. Medication is always ready with no wait. The walk in clinic is also very quick and efficient. I am always very impressed with the service when I leave.
This review is directed to the guy that answered the phone today June 6th 2025. I spoke with him about booking an appointment and he was very unprofessional and at one point laughed at me in a condescending way. Needless to say I didn't book an appointment with them. I would give this review zero stars if I had the option. And this is coming from someone who has worked in customer service.
Very nice people here with quick service. I have not had to wait more than a hour before being seen and the doctor there I don’t know his name but he’s always in good spirits and welcoming and such a kind hearted man. The pharmacists are super sweet too and they are quick with their service and knowledgeable about the products they are giving to their patients. Overall amazing work you guys do and an amazing environment created by the wonderful staff, I would recommend to go here if you do not want to wait and have a good doctor who cares :)
