Their website says they have PCR testing and it seems this is out of date, I never heard back, not sure why they can’t take 15 mins out of their day to close this page — people’s lives depend on it
I left shoppers drug mart earlier this year after having persistent issues with them for a while.. and I wish I had switched sooner! This is a great pharmacy - they really care and work hard to help you. I can’t recommend them enough!

Great local pharmacy! Everyone is very friendly and the service is good and quick ! I recently transfered clinics and the transfer has gone very well and very smoothly I couldn't be happier!
I moved from the south end of Barrie to Letitia Heights so I decided to use the local pharmacy thinking it would be more convenient. It’s not! Today was my last straw with them. They rarely seem to know what’s going on. The prescription is never ready when they say it will be, or they ignore your script until you come in looking for it. They have no respect for other people time. I read another review that commented on their knowledge with medication and I’d have to agree - my 10 year old son has better bedside manner than this place. I would only use this place as a last resort now, and I’ll never get my flu shot or prescriptions from here again. I’ve moved my whole family back to the one we used before coming to Letitia. Who knew that someone could miss their former pharmacy as much as I missed ours!?
This is my go to Pharmacy. It is very close to home and it’s easy to get in and out quick. The staff are amazing. Especially Elena! She is so sweet and kind and always makes sure you get exactly what you need. She goes above and beyond to help those coming in for prescriptions and help with any health needs. I recommend going to this pharmacy especially if you live close. You should also check it out if you aren’t close. You’ll be happy with the service!
Very nice people and I like them all. However, I changed pharmacies due to constant confusion between my doctors office and them that resulted in me not always getting my prescriptions or getting the wrong dosage.
