Went to shoppers drug mart at Georgian mall to purchase mascara went to cash to cash out no one didn’t show up at the cash to cash me out waited 15min one staff went by didn’t bother to assist me what kind of staff u have there ur paying them they should cash customers out customers come first apparently u don’t care.
Extremely poor customer service. The first item I bought was broken, and when I tried to return it, I was told I couldn’t because it was already opened. I had to purchase the same item again. When I asked for the receipt from my previous order, the cashier told me I couldn’t get it because it was “too late.” While I was at the counter checking if the new one worked, she told me to move aside because there were other customers in line. I waited about five minutes, but no one came to help. The staff were rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. This experience was very disappointing and unacceptable for a Shoppers Drug Mart location.
I’m sorry i usually trust the advice of the pharmacist but NOT this time. I went into the drugstore looking for a cleaning solution for my daughter’s ear piercing. But, the staff member handed an earring cleanser which ingredients showed”alcohol”. She said you can confirm with the Pharmacist and he said it was safe and the proper product to cleanse my daughter’s newly pierced ears. Still hesitant I returned the product. So, I ended up asking a local piecer and she said a sterile saline solution will work and will not sting.
I just came in to buy some baby formula and Sam was very helpful and professional and at the cash he took his time to answer my questions and was very patient with me. Would definitely recommend this location for their customer service.
Had to buy two fragrances, one for myself and another for a friend but went out with zero knowledge. Victoria helped me out with a great selection. Had an awesome experience, looking forward to visit soon! Thanks Victoria, thanks shoppers
Paige and Fiona were absolutely awesome. Came in to do a return with my mom on a garmin watch that stopped working after only 2 weeks of using it. They weren’t sure if they could do the return at first but they went above and beyond to help us as much as they could. We were eventually able to do the return after some technical difficulties! Really appreciated the awesome customer service they gave us :) thank you!!
Often has mispriced items be careful what is advertised is not accurate. signs in front of products that are a different price. Paid double advertised priced on two different items on two different occasions.
