Since Natalie Young the head pharmacist/manager at this Shopper's has been away. The level of service at your pharmacy in the recent Month to currently I have been a long-time customer and have always appreciated the professionalism and efficiency when Natalie Young is managing. Under her leadership, prescriptions are ready on time, communication is clear, and the overall experience is smooth and reliable. Unfortunately, since her maternity leave began, I have noticed a significant decline in service quality. On multiple occasions: - My prescriptions have not been ready at the promised time. - Staff have shifted blame to the previous day’s pharmacist rather than resolving the issue. - There appears to be a lack of attention to the prescription system, which should ensure medications are prepared for pickup in a timely manner. The male pharmacist are the worse, one seems to be on the computer in the vaccination room when there's presc6to fill, and he's most likely watching tik tok vids or playing chess, whatever it is it's showing a lack of responsibility and prescriptions not being ready when they should be. And it's just not me, as I've been there waiting and others have came in thinking there script is ready and they have to wait, as it ain't even though they should be. Nothing like having to go to shoppers twice in one day to pick up your prescription that should be ready on your first boat when the scrip comes in the previous day.
Sam in cosmetics and fragrances is fantastic. Super helpful and patient. She helped my son and I find the perfect fragrance for him with nothing but a smile and attentive demeanor. Thanks Sam ?
The staff at this pharmacy have always been wonderful to deal with. Recently, the pharmacist on duty for Sundays has been a very unpleasant man. I believe his name is Ivo? He has been abrupt and unfriendly with me and I have seen him be the same with many other people. Honestly, I will either avoid coming in on a Sunday or move my prescriptions elsewhere.
I've been going here for several years and find the staff and pharmacist amazing people and knowledgeable also if you're a Savvy Shopper you can find great deals
Usually it has been a pleasant experience here but …today my daughter had a tick on her temple that we discovered 10 mins before we came in. The pharmacist Imo was annoyed that we didn’t remove it right away . I explained that we just discovered it and needed to get something to remove it. Was unwilling to prescribe antibiotic and said to go see your doctor. I mentioned we had been here a few months ago with another child and we were given antibiotics. He reluctantly went the process to get antibiotics. We did not feel that we were being to be cared for in willing or compassionate manner especially when my 7 year daughter was feeling very anxious about a tick on her. Hate to leave negative feedback but feel it’s important to mention. Mary
Great Pharmacy staff who always are helpful and very nice. Store staff are very friendly and helpful too. Good sales and also PC points. Nice local drug store.
Recently crossed paths on first introduction with site staff Pharmacist "Gabriel", seeking some advice on a dressing remedy to aid in a painful weeping sore spot to the top of the cuff of workboots... Gabriel was a literal Earth Angel, in being attentive as a caregiver in both his Counsel, and willingness to provide support and help dress the open Blister, after cashing out on the suggested Bandaid product!!! His help was highly valued and appreciated in a needed moment of vulnerability, without any apprehension that may have felt humiliating... the Man deserves a truly heartfelt pat on the back!!!
