I picked up some antibiotic from the pharmacy. This is not my usual Shoppers. As I started taking the antibiotic, afew days in. I noticed I didn't seem to have enough to last the full seven days. I called and mentioned this. Person on the phone said they would check their inventory. What This has to do with being short antibiotic, I have no idea. I felt I was being accused of lying. Definitely count your pills! Horrible customer service by pharmacist.
I'd advise this location is AVOIDED for people getting ANY prescription or MEDICINE --- This is coming from a disabled person with a walker that felt MAJORLY disrespected today. I was in picking up some medicine as usual that I recently got prescribed... NEVER IN 6+ Years of being disabled and receiving medicine have I had SUCH A RUDE AND TERRIBLE experience. Im at consultation as i was told to wait for a pharmacist to "explain to me side effects" and what not as pharmacist have done in Barrie for years for me. This lady walks forward (one of the pharmacist) and just looks at the medicine for 5 seconds and just says "If you have any questions ask your doctor" .... I simply asked " dont you have info on the medicine yourself? why am I told to book an appointment with my doctor for the info" and she just says "I dont have to explain it call your doctor if you need info" LIKE WHAT your literal job is to PACKAGE the prescription meds for people AND EXPLAIN SIDE EFFECTS otherwise -- PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME THE POINT OF CONSULTATION if the stupid pharmacist just says " yeah call your doctor if you have questions" It was this taller Indian women around height of 5' 10" id say, and her hair went down past her shoulders. I promise you if you have to talk to this woman her TONE of voice and EGO is insanely disgusting. Best description I can give. AGAIN never in my life have I experienced such a terrible person, Could of even kindly just said "sorry Im not sure about this medicine" or even just be like " give me a few minutes to check our database as it has info on medicine" Nope just redirected to my doctor WHICH ANYONE READING THIS WILL KNOW you literally cant just call doctors offices anymore to ask questions.... You're told to book a phone call appointment or in person appointment that could lead to a week or two week wait.... Nice a disabled person is to just wait and be in immense pain for 1-2 weeks while I wait for my doctors word now because someone didn't wanna do there job? GOOD JOB HIRING These people who do not care to help and are just claiming a pay cheque

Shoppers staff is always friendly and helpful. A girl helped me find allergy meds and to find out we were in the correct aisle at the bottom shelf. I'm tall I didn't think to look at the lowest shelf for meds.
I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Saba, an Assistant Manager, during a return process at the store, and I must say that her professionalism and excellent customer service made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. From the moment I approached her with the intention of returning my goods, Saba handled the situation with patience and efficiency. She demonstrated an impressive level of knowledge about store policies and quickly guided me through the return process. Not only did she assist me in completing the return smoothly, but she also helped me apply my gift card balance toward the new purchase, making sure I fully utilized the benefits available.
I had an issue at the post office recently, and I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Saba, the Assistant Manager. I can confidently say that this was the best customer service experience I've ever had. Saba handled my situation with such professionalism, patience, and a calm demeanor. She explained everything in a very polite and easy-to-understand way, ensuring I was comfortable and fully informed throughout the process. I’ve never encountered such exceptional service from a manager-level employee before. Saba truly went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were addressed. A huge thank you to her for such outstanding customer service! Highly recommend!
I’ve only had good experiences at this location. The pharmacy is super helpful and usually quick depending on how busy they are. The beauty associates are also very friendly and helpful. I come here at least once every 2 weeks for prescription pick-ups and it’s been consistently reliable and a friendly experience.
