Underwhelming, underseasoned. Sorry B'spoke. Bowls, perogies and bangers. I love all of those. Unfortunately you were mediocre at all 3. Love the concept but disappointed. Nice place to grab a drink before heading to get dinner somewhere else.
This was a quaint place to have lunch. Service was great. Food was delicious. Enjoyed their Rosemary & Grapefruit mocktail alongside their Holiday pirogies and their Bulgogi Beef bowl. I would definitely visit again.
My girlfriends and I had dinner at the restaurant recently. The non-alcoholic menu was quite limited and the bar was not accommodating to requests. We enjoyed a couple rounds of tequila shots and about 4 glasses of watermelon mojitos between the 3 of us then our server CUT US OFF, said we couldn’t order anymore alcohol. It was confusing to our group since we weren’t causing any scene or drink beyond our limitations and we are VERY responsible (2 of us were sober). My friends who are not heavy drinkers did not feel like they had a couple glasses of alcoholic drinks which made us think that the drinks were watered down? During the evening our server would come back and make little conversations with us but the comments she made were rude and condescending. The way she said some of the things were very off putting and didn’t sit well with us. VERY disappointing with my first experience at the restaurant. I sent an email to clarify this issue 2 weeks ago but no response, at this rate I will not be coming back.
