I have been taking may cars to B&K auto for 20+ years. Now my son's do too. Good value for your money, no overcharges or unnecessary repairs. They can repair just about anything. A real honest shop run by awesome people!
The first time is forgiveable, 2nd time, I find a new place, there's lots out there that does winter tire change. When you show up at scheduled appointment and the receptionist happens to know your name,(I only go once a year) and your new time, without looking you up, you know she has changed your appt and didnt bother to contact you. Then she blamed me! She was on speaker phone when my husband and I logged the time on our phones. I understand that appointments have to be rescheduled, but be honest, lying (and not good at it) makes the business look bad.
I needed new tires for my Tiguan. I called and ordered them without any issues. The tires arrived sooner than I thought and I was able to book the appointment almost immediately. If anyone in the Barrie area needs tires, I highly recommend OK Tire

Popped.in quick to have a hole fixed in my tire .. they said we are way to busy and to return in 5 days to have it fixed ..5 min job at best for someone broken down in dire straits
