They thoroughly inspect my vehicle and let me know what to monitor, as well as when to schedule maintenance or repairs. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a mechanic shop. The staff here are beyond rude — no greeting, no explanation, just attitude from the moment I walked in. I asked a simple question about my car and was met with eye rolls and sarcasm like I was bothering them by being there. At one point, I overheard them mocking another customer behind their back — completely unprofessional. It felt like they were doing me a favor just by speaking to me. I left feeling disrespected and still unsure about what was actually done to my vehicle. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be treated like an inconvenience.
Not only are they kid friendly but they treat you like they're family ! I will be coming back here any time I need something fixed. They have amazing prices ! But they are VERY friendly and attentive to your cars needs !
Such a great business! In this world being dominated by "big auto", it's nice finding a more grounded, home town feel auto shop that isn't out to gouge you. Quickly responded to my inquiry's, arranged a perfect time, and here's the best part; actually stuck to my appt. Vehicle went in at the appointed time, and was done promptly, none of this "it's in the que, we'll get to it when we can" BS. Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and didn't BS for any fake fixes or push any unnecessary repairs. Just moved here, but i'll be using Maiden's for the next few years.
Such a breath of fresh air to receive good solid honest advice. No sucking wind when you ask how much it will cost to fix, no, "We should do this while we're here", but a safety first approach with mechanics and owners who really know their craft. Maidens is my 'Go To" for anything to do with my car. Also the first time ive been asked as I walked in the door if I would like a doughnut and a coffee. Great service, with a smile, i'll be back.
