Brought the jeep in after receiving an estimate of $4,000, (from a previous repair shop)Chris assessed the issue and the repair was $400.I can say that Chris ad Megan have strong working ethics, Chris is an expert mechanic and Megan is a marvellous PR person.
Its been a pleasent experience at Kingsway Automotive. Chris is a great & honest mechanic and his wife made things smooth with scheduling and ordering parts. I wouldn't take my Jeep anywhere else!
I recently purchased a vehicle, this shop had done the safety (Passed) prior to my purchase but it was past the 36 days since and would need a new one for ownership. (Vehicle had only been driven 100 km since the safety) I figured no hesitation take it back to where it was certified before, the mechanic told me that I had a front right ball joint gone, and my front right strut was leaking so both fronts had to be replaced. 1100$ I got quoted. Decided to get another mechanic to look at my truck a trusted one I had done business with before, greased the ball joint because they all have nipples for yearly maintenance the tiny bit of play that was there was now gone. Struts did not have a leak so this was a up sale not required for safety. I went to get my vehicle back and was forced into paying 225$ for a safety that I never received. Decided to pay another shop to safety the vehicle because he was crook. I told the mechanic that I did not trust him and he started swearing at me and acting like an embarrassment to everyone in the auto sector. This mechanic is a crook I would not recommend him to anyone. Be aware of who you bring your vehicles too.

This is a great family run business Chris & Megan took me in right away despite their busy schedule. They were prompt at resolving my issue very accommodating and just alround nice people to work with. I highly recommend this shop.
I went in for a tire swap and oil change and the owner Chris noticed a knock in my front end, I had taken the car to the dealer that I had bought if off of to investigate the sound and they couldn't find it. Chris had it fixed and straightened out in under an hour for a much less money than expected. I would recomend this shop to anybody. Great work, honest people ,excellent pricing and service.
I had my window repaired and it cost me over $700 and it was never fixed. I took it to another garage cost me $376. I would never use March again. He is a scam artist!
