Had gone to this mechanic quite a few times in the past with good service. Last time I went there, i expressed that i was concerned my fuel injector wiring was having issues. I was told by the owner who runs the shop that they checked the wiring and it was fine. Only for me to continue to have problems - took it to the dealership and it was the fuel injector harness. I had multiple fees from multiple visits at Master Mechanic only for them not to check or repair the issue i had stated. Extremely disappointed, was a repeat customer and will not be going back. Definitely feel taken advantage of.
I've had my vehicle serviced by Master Mechanic twice now, both times it was an early drop off, quick diagnostic, and same day pickup. Just like others say, they're honest, do good work, and value your time

My first car is an old 03 Acura, which had a gas tank leak I didn't know about before buying it. I took it to Barry and his team to get a quote of what needed to be done. He was honest and upfront with me about what was going on with the car, the price range and that it could be a tough job. He gave me sometime to think it over and ensured me that he could get the job done they just didn't know what to expect once they started the job, which is more than far on such an old car or any car for that matter. I brought it in the next week and less than three days later the job was done and the car is now fixed and ready to go. Barry and his team are reliable, honest, upfront and professional, he won't tell you he can do a job if he isn't certain he can try his best, he doesn't want to waste your time or your money for that matter and that isn't something you always see these days. I am very grateful for Barry and his team as I wasn't sure my car could be fixed due to how old it was and parts that were needed but he showed me otherwise. It's safe to say I've found a mechanic and business I can trust and rely on and will be taking all future business to them.
