As a licensed mechanic, It is advisable to exercise caution when dealing with certain service providers, particularly for oil change services. They put conventional oil in your vehicle, which requires synthetic oil, and charge you the synthetic price. Be wary of the “it’s a synthetic blend” explanation, as it is all a diversion. The shop’s storage tanks, labeled as synthetic and conventional, all contain conventional oil, which over time will damage your vehicle’s engine. You’ve been warned
Went in for a deal on tires, left with that and so much more! I will admit I was prepared for the classic (bad) auto shop experience, but was blown away by how friendly, transparent and professional the team at 221 Mapleview were. Anil in particular assessed my needs and laid out all of my options. Zero pressure/attitude– just honest/friendly advice, competive pricing and great service. I will be a repeat customer for sure! Fantastic place. Came in late just before close to replace a problematic battery. They tag teamed the repaired right then and there. Didn't even have time to drink the free coffee. Owners were chatty and personable.

April/21 This is my second review review... see the first below, a bit over a year ago. Blair was new to the team this time, but I received the same great service as I did my first time at the shop. In both cases they were emergencies and in both cases I was dealt with with the utmost professionalism. I use my cars often and with covid for almost a full year i had stopped except for essentials, so to be honest, I lacked in the normal maintenance scheduling that my vehicles normally went through. Out of sight out of mind? I've always believed in regular maintenance because I put high milage on my cars... so when a warning light came on a month ago, we ignored it because we weren't driving as much. Unfortunately for us, the light meant we should have had it looked at immediately. Anyways, my wife was out Monday evening assisting her parents and she called me from the highway saying there was a "noise". She pulled over and we had it towed in late Monday night. At 8:30 Tuesday, Blair called me with a smile in his voice saying he had a Mercedes at the shop and wanted to know how he could help? We went over the issues, he said he would have a tech look at the issue and get back to me. 45 minutes later, he called, went over what it was causing the issue and we discussed the best plan to get the needed work done... I also added the regular maintenance to work order that I had been delaying for a while. Parts were ordered, work was done and wednesday afternoon I received a call staying all the work was done. That was just over 24hrs turnaround!!!! AWESOME! In COVID times where everything seems to be ignored, delayed or forgotten, they DID EVERYTHING IMMEDIATELY! Wow, what can I say... exceeded my expectations again! Pete Anil and Sarah, John and the rest of the team really care... about you, about your vehicle.
