Stopped in last week my car was overheating and it was extremely cold out. Kevin... whose customer service went above and beyond, allowed me to sit in his waiting area while it cooled down, he also ordered a jug of coolent especially for my car. This was greatly appreciated... there are not to many people out there that truly care about people anymore... Kevin is one of the few that are left. I will be stopping in next time I'm in the area and I will definitely be recommending my family and friends and anyone else I talk to that needs there car fixed that this is the place to go, even if they don't live in the area. Its worth the drive. Thank you again for your kindness.

Kevin the owner is a well respected veteran with over 30+years experience and always takes great care of his clients. I only trust going to him for my vehicles. He has saved me hundreds of dollars compared to quotes I've been given from dealerships and if my warranty doesn't cover my truck and Jeep then I go to Kevin. Thanks for your great service to our country and for taking good care of my vehicles. Highly recommended.
Sorry I just can't recommend. Work that was called was not needed and cost me upwards of $700 in this time of financial uncertainty. I know everyone has to eat and I felt I could trust them. This isn't just an "I'm angry here's a 1 star" this is a serious suggestion to go elsewhere. I know cars, I was a tech and I work on all my own vehicles including a heavily modified classic car, but after trying to have a reasonable conversation about this issue, in person, I was treated like I have no idea what I'm talking about and am being unreasonable. I was told to just leave but I de-escalated the situation from there. Unfortunately the resolution of leaving my car with them to do more work is not something I can trust anymore. I try to trust mechanics, I know they're given a lot of trouble when there's perfectly reasonable ones out there. I've been on the other side, I know there's ridiculous customers so I like to give the benefit of the doubt and I shouldn't have here. Photos attached are my 1 year old brakes(pads and rotors specific) that I was told "Could not go back together because they are so bad and you shouldn't drive the car" I said it's fine just slap it together, I will change them myself, let him do the rears and the other work which I had no proof needed to be done. I ordered parts and the photos attached are what I find. Obviously I returned those pads and rotors... Even at my last shop with a savage of a boss, I wouldn't have called these brakes...

FYI - Best place for a mechanic.... Master Mechanic around the corner from Giant Tiger (Yonge/Huronia) Our daughter’s boyfriend just drove his 2016 Sierra up from Toronto to get it looked at... why? Because he initially took it into a Chev dealership in Toronto for a regular maintenance check and they quoted $2000 worth of stuff that needs attention. We told him to get a second opinion and that we highly recommend Kevin (Master Mechanic owner) and that it would be worth the drive north. Well he made his appointment and had the vehicle checked. Result after the inspection: Total estimate of necessary repairs - ZERO DOLLARS. There is nothing wrong with the truck! Kevin will not invent repairs if none are required. Also If he gives you a quote and it ends up being less than quoted, he’ll charge the lesser amount. As an added bonus, if you’re military- you get a discount. I take all my business to him. Can’t say enough about Kevin and Master Mechanic.
