I visited this place after just reading reviews and what people say about it. Everyone here is so nice eager to help and make sure that all your questions are answered. I had no appointment but because I had an emergency Chris took time to take care of my muffler. I left the place happy. I will definitely visit the place again in the future. Thank you!
A clean comfortable seating area with a game for kids. The employees were friendly, knowledgeable, personable and well kept. There is a refreshment area with snacks available for customers. I was shown the issuse with my mufflers under the hoist; The repair process was explained in detail and I received a written quote within 15 minutes of arrival. *They offer lots of mufflers and mufflers tips for purchase.
These guys are great and very friendly! I called at 9am for a muffler delete and they told me to come in right away. They have tons of tips to choose from and everything was very reasonable in price. I left the work up for them and im very happy I did! Good work without a long wait. I would come back for any future exhaust needs. The delete sounds amazing
Having called them at 11am on a Saturday, Chris and the crew on hand not only confirmed a break in my exhaust but we're more than happy to fix it in a rapid amount of time. The price was more than fair considering the urgency of the repair as well. Was great to chat with them about wheels and such as well having left the aftermarket automotive industry after 15 years, these guys know their stuff.
Incredible service. Chris took my truck in and about an 1.5 HR later he called me with his diagnosis and it was what I thought. We talked about options and it was in the budget to go full exhaust system from manifolds back with new cats. Picked it up a couple of days later (parts orders) and I can't believe this is the same truck. The clogged cats were definitely hindering the performance. Chris and his crew did an awesome job and got my vehicle back to me in great shape and timely basis. Great place to get custom work done. Extremely knowledgeable and went through and told me what was needed and what was not. They used most of existing pipes and the welds are awesome. Highly recommend them. Very happy with my new sound.
