I found DOK Auto a year or so ago; the dealership I had been using was too far away. My husband and I are very pleased with DOK. They're fast (thanks, Charlie!) and fair. Best of all, they're close to home.
Great experience with Keith and team at DOK. Took my vehicle here for a second opinion on a potentially expensive repair - Keith explained the problem and various options clearly so I could determine a best path forward. Completed the repair in less time and below the estimate given. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely bring my vehicle back again for future maintenance.
I was recommended to DOK auto by my oil changers and today went in for my appointment where I met Keith. Keith spent about 5 minutes with me and my truck and pin pointed the problem right away. Unfortunately DOK doesn't perform that specific repair but knew exactly where to send me and I am know set up to get repaired before I have a massive vehicular breakdown. Keith did not bill for the 5 min we were together nor did the recommended repair place to confirm the diagnosis and I must say as a trades worker myself I greatly appreciate and have a high level of respect for the professionalism I experienced today ! Was very happy with my service. Helped me out with a really strange issue and they resolved it very quickly. A few days later I had another issue and they fixed it no charge. Really appreciate your work.
This will be the only place my family goes from now on! On the recommendation of two other customers, we tried DOK Automotive. Keith went above and beyond getting my new (to me) vehicle on the road, kept us updated on the needed repairs and cost, and was great to deal with through the entire process!
