Several years as a customer. I used to have such trust in them. Don't know what they did but it's not trustworthy anymore. Sad decline of a family business I was supporting
Third time dealing with Superior. I order tires for take away only. Always fast to get them, usually only 1-3 days. Always get a call letting me know they are ready to pick up. I picked up a set today at noon. As soon as I walked in and gave my name, the guy was getting two of the 4 from the shop and taking them to my car, his assistant took the other two. Paid my bill and was on my way.... less than 10 minutes. I even got a nice clicky pen from the counter! :) From my experience, I would recommend these guys!
Recently had work done here again, been going here for a while. Not the cheapest shop in town with shop rate of ($180hr + tax) which had gone up quite a bit since my last visit but what hasn’t I guess. The quality of work and speed have always been great.
This is the third set of tires I’ve purchased from this store. I can’t say enough great things about them. The price you’re quoted is it , no hidden fees or useless things you don’t need. They are friendly,professional &honest. I tell everyone I know that if your in need of tires this is the best place in Barrie to go hands down!
Called in looking for a set of summer tires, a brand & size superior lists on the website. Was told they don’t have them in stock, which is fine and understandable, I asked if or when they could get them and was told not sure and that was awkwardly the end of the call. Called superior tire out in oak ridges for the same tire, was also told they don’t have stock but can have them in a few days, they seemed as confused as I was as to why the Barrie location wasn’t willing to order them. 1 star would be unfair as I have no idea the quality of the work but it seems strange that they wouldn’t want the business.
They are amazing. Ask for Greg or Chantelle and you will be happy for sure. I bring my personal and business vehicles here. So helpful and friendly. ❤️. Locally operated and family owned. Try it out!!
