Great vibe, gives me the exact old school gym atmosphere I was looking for (you will hear some shouting as sets are taken with high intensity, weights sometimes slamming, and see people posing in front of mirrors as they prepare for competitions). The equipment is older, but full of character and personality, and makes me want to push myself harder. The other members are a group of friendly, like minded people and it never feels over crowded. The staff is easy to talk with, are always polite and helpful, and there is never any feeling of judgement. Highly recommend.
Amazing staff and great atmosphere to workout. I always enjoy my workouts knowing I have staff that are supportive and if I need a hand or questions answered they are here for me.
Great gym but not very understanding management. First, we went on vacation for two weeks and they gave me a very hard time to put our memberships on hold even though we gave the previous owner over a months notice, Emily was very disrespectful and passive aggressive to us during the discussions with this. In the end, the owner was nice enough to waive two weeks of payments for us to cover our time away but what a battle.. Next, I had to cancel our memberships because we moved out of town and they insisted there's a 60 day cancelation policy. I'm currently paying $336 for 2 months of memberships for my wife and I even though we can't get here anymore. Overall decent place but left a very bad taste in my mouth.
This gym used to be good. Not anymore it all seems like the gym owner cares more about to capital making then to actually care about the community. This gym has no lockers causing my personal items being stollen, nothing was done to help or prevent it of happening again. This gym treats people fakely and they don’t care about you they just say they do. Awful experience I had here. I Don’t recommend!
Christina is the best trainer ever!!! I’m so thankful I got paired with someone who pushes me to my limit and made an impact on my fitness journey. I would recommend Christina to anyone 10/10.
Absolutely amazing environment and people, walked in and met like 5 people who were working out and were more than willing to help me out. Even met someone who is helping motivate me through my journey. Riley you have made an amazing atmosphere ?.
Where to begin. I've been a member for eons ( I was born near the free weights, so it feels.) It's a great gym "for everyone ". Great members and awesome staff. Beautiful atmosphere to train in, with little to no crowding. Recommend it highly, give it try. It has everything you need to train, always clean and good tunes. Best gym. Love everything and everyone there
