We stayed one night here in a room with two queen beds. It included myself and my two sons age of 13 and 11. We needed to stay here for one night because I had to drop off my son to meet up with a school bus on a trip to Algonquin Park the next day. And we had just came back from a three-day portaging trip in Killarney Provincial Park. Needless to say, we were looking for comfortable beds as well as a good to shower - and that's what we got at this hotel. We found that our room was nicely updated and clean. The beddings and pillows were extremely comfortable and it was quiet despite it being on the first floor. We also quite enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. there's a good selection of healthy food choices including yogurt and fruits and at the same time had scrambled eggs sausages bacon and some baked goods as well. My send left the automatic pancake machine and the assorted cereals that were available. Check in with quick and easy, and staff were friendly and always greeted us. Check out with us automatic. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return if we need to stay in the area again.
Uneventful stay. Nice quiet place! HVAC unit was a little noisy. Bathroom was tiny. Whole room was nice and clean. Complimentary breakfast was good, bacon ran out but not for very long. There was a guy topping up all the items as they ran low. If I stay in Barrie again, likely stay here again. Easy to get too!

Friendly front desk and breakfast staff. Breakfast was delicious. The pool was clean and not crowded (although the hotel overall didn't seem busy). Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent. Everything was clean, but they took towels that were hung up and didn't replace them. They also removed our bath mat without replacing it. I've worked as a housekeeper in a chain hotel, and that struck me as odd. Central location, easy to get to.
Great hotel for the price. Pool was small but well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. Continental breakfast was included.
